No payroll or pay bills. Cost average is $300/month, charged as $3/transaction, averaged over recent 3 months.
For more complex small businesses with several partners or simply more complex bookkeeping needs, including paying and tracking invoices, product/item tracking in sales, all foundational bookkeeping, balance sheet + profit & loss monthly with reconciliation, 1 on 1 support as needed. Payroll not included but will sync with 3rd party apps/payroll co’s. QBOnline only*. Myultiple Reports options to help you identify any excessive spending and/or to capitalize on strong sales trends.
Pricing for this tier: $4 to $5 per transaction averaged over all accounts for the past 3 months (depends on the complexity of customer/vendor networks). Typical cost around $400 to $500 / mo.
For any years our clients need books either cleaned up or established and reconciled, the typical coast is approx. $3,000 - 10% discount. This is for a typical business averaging 100-150 transactions per month. Can go back as far as you have statements or bank feed. Actual cost depends on transactions and specified monthly rate.
